Schulte Staffing Solutions is seeking a Technical Marketing Communications Specialist for a global manufacturer serving highly technical industries including aerospace, semiconductor, medical, robotics, and industrial automation.

This is a multidisciplinary marketing role for someone who can take complex technical information and turn it into clear, compelling customer-facing content.

Working closely with engineers, sales teams, and subject matter experts, you'll develop technical and product marketing communications across multiple channels—including websites, technical articles, product literature, digital campaigns, video, presentations, social media, and trade shows.

The ideal candidate brings a combination of technical writing and communication skills, digital marketing knowledge, and creative capabilities, with previous experience in a manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or technical B2B environment.

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour

What You'll Do

Technical Marketing & Communications

• Interview engineers and subject matter experts to understand complex products, technologies, and applications
• Translate technical information into clear, compelling customer-facing content
• Develop technical articles, product literature, brochures, advertisements, presentations, and sales support materials
• Support thought-leadership content for aerospace, semiconductor, medical, robotics, industrial automation, and other technical markets
• Partner with engineering and sales to develop effective product messaging
• Maintain consistency of messaging, terminology, and brand standards across communications

Digital Marketing & Website

• Manage and update company website content and user experience
• Work with outside partners to execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content development
• Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements to traffic, engagement, and lead generation
• Manage Google Ads, retargeting, and other digital campaigns
• Develop and optimize landing pages for products, campaigns, and target markets
• Create and publish social media content
• Experience with Umbraco or a similar CMS is preferred

Creative, Graphic & Video Content

• Design digital and print marketing collateral
• Develop brochures, infographics, presentations, trade show graphics, and sales materials
• Collaborate with engineering to plan, script, produce, and edit product and marketing videos
• Manage video content across the company website, YouTube, and social channels
• Maintain brand and visual identity standards
• Coordinate with printers and other creative vendors

Trade Shows & Events

• Support trade shows, webinars, and company events
• Develop event graphics, multimedia, social content, and promotional materials
• Coordinate booth graphics and marketing collateral

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of marketing or marketing communications experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial automation, or another technical B2B environment
• Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
• Experience working directly with engineers, technical teams, or subject matter experts
• Website and CMS management experience
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, digital advertising, and lead-generation best practices
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools
• Graphic design and professional video creation/editing experience
• Strong organizational and project-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
