Manufacturing Talent Acquisition & Training Specialist - Direct Hire

Schulte Staffing Solutions is hiring a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition & Training Specialist in Beverly, MA. This direct-hire role blends full-cycle recruiting with employee training and development, helping a manufacturing organization attract the right talent and keep training documentation accurate, organized, and compliant. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruiting workflow while also owning the training lifecycle, from building training materials to tracking completion and preparing for audits. You will work closely with HR leadership and hiring managers, partnering with external recruiting resources and supporting employees through required training. Responsibilities Own the full recruitment cycle, from job description development and candidate sourcing through offer and onboarding Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, referrals, schools, and staffing partners Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and overall position fit Maintain accurate recruiting records in the HRIS/recruiting system Keep company career postings current Partner with HR leadership and hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies Build relationships with staffing agencies, schools, professional organizations, and other recruiting resources Participate in job fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach Track recruiting efforts and identify the most effective sourcing channels Maintain organized employee training records and documentation Create and update e-learning and instructor-led training materials Develop training content based on procedures, work instructions, company policies, and best practices Track employee training requirements and provide regular completion reports to management Ensure training documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant Assist employees in completing required training Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials based on feedback and results Maintain historical and current training records within the company learning systems Support internal and external audits related to employee training and documentation Partner with managers and supervisors to identify skill gaps and development opportunities Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, meeting space, technology, materials, and employee reminders Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interviewing and interpersonal skills Exceptional attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and experience working with HRIS or similar systems Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Preferred Experience Experience maintaining employee training records in an ISO, AS9100, quality-controlled, or regulated manufacturing environment is highly desirable Experience supporting training compliance, audits, or Quality Management Systems (QMS) is also a plus Compensation & Work Location Pay: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year.
