Set and Achieve Recruiting Goals: Establish clear hiring targets and work proactively to meet—or exceed—them. Lead Outreach & Engagement Efforts: Design and run creative campaigns to connect with high‑quality driver candidates. Engage with Applicants: Respond quickly and professionally to candidate inquiries, ensuring an excellent recruitment experience. Host Informational Sessions: Organize and facilitate orientations for prospective Independent Contractors (ICs). Streamline the Hiring Process: Guide applicants through each stage—from initial contact through onboarding and vehicle assignment. Manage Applicant Flow: Track candidates, maintain accurate documentation, and update the applicant tracking system. Provide Reporting & Insights: Deliver regular updates and performance reports to leadership. Support Team & Company Success: Collaborate closely with the Retention Manager and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and strong long‑term driver satisfaction. Build Strong Professional Relationships: Foster positive, supportive relationships with drivers and staff to strengthen retention efforts. Contribute to a Positive Culture: Promote a team‑oriented, service‑focused, and supportive work environment. Show Initiative: Perform additional duties as needed to meet recruiting objectives.
