B2B - Key Account Executive, Healthcare

A high-impact enterprise sales position focused on expanding innovative food solutions across the healthcare ecosystem. You will build and scale strategic relationships with hospitals, health systems, telehealth providers, and health plans, positioning a mission-driven offering that connects nutrition, care delivery, and patient outcomes. Operating within a fast-growing, startup-style environment, you will own complex sales cycles and close large-scale, high-value contracts. The role blends strategic account management, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver tailored solutions for healthcare organizations. You will also contribute to shaping the go-to-market approach and refining the enterprise healthcare sales playbook. This is a highly autonomous position where your work directly influences market expansion and long-term customer partnerships. Accountabilities Drive enterprise revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives targeting healthcare organizations such as hospitals, health systems, telehealth providers, and health plans. Own the full sales cycle for complex enterprise deals, including prospecting, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem to expand long-term partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams including product, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless onboarding and successful delivery of solutions. Develop scalable sales strategies and contribute to building best practices and playbooks for enterprise healthcare expansion. Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking using CRM tools such as Salesforce. Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform product and commercial strategy. Requirements 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales with a strong track record of closing high-value, complex deals. Proven success selling into the healthcare industry, including hospitals, health systems, telehealth companies, or health plans. Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including stakeholders, procurement processes, and regulatory or compliance considerations. Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives and C-level decision-makers. Experience managing long and complex sales cycles with measurable success against revenue targets. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and structured pipeline management. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills in a consultative sales environment. Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments preferred.
