We are seeking an experienced IT Technician to provide hands-on technical support for end users, computer systems, hardware, software, and network-related issues. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for troubleshooting, equipment deployment, user support, and maintaining day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and capable of resolving technical issues in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows operating system, Microsoft 365, and application-related issues.
• Set up new user accounts, manage permissions, and support Active Directory administration.
• Respond to IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Perform hardware upgrades, equipment replacements, and workstation deployments.
• Support conference room technology, printers, and audiovisual equipment.
• Assist with software installations, updates, and system patches.
• Document issues, resolutions, and technical procedures within the ticketing system.
• Maintain IT inventory and assist with asset management activities.
• Follow security protocols and assist with endpoint protection and compliance initiatives.
