Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' specific challenges and design personalized strategies to help them meet their functional targets.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to enhance skills in motor function, cognitive ability, and daily living tasks.
• Collaborate in Interdisciplinary Care: Work jointly with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide insights and techniques to patients and caregivers, promoting continued progress and rehabilitation at home.
• Assess and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and update treatment plans as required to ensure alignment with patients' needs.

Education

• Accredited degree in Occupational Therapy
• Encouragement for ongoing education and professional development opportunities

Certifications

• Current active license as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
• NBCOT certification is mandatory
