Housekeeper PositionNorth Platte Valley Medical Center (NPVMC) is looking for a Housekeeper to join our team. Our Environmental Services Department is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining a clean hospital environment as directed in a safe, responsible, and efficient manner. We do have an onsite laundry facility that the department will also maintain. This department covers housekeeping for our hospital, clinic, and extended care unit.The ideal person for this position has experience, enjoys working individually or on occasion as a team, is well-spoken, energetic, and personable.Responsibilities:Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the medical facility. Clean and disinfect patient/resident rooms, bathrooms, and dining areas.Pick up and empty trash containers. Load washer and dryer as needed.
