Rental Shop Technician

Rental Shop TechnicianThe Rental Shop Technician is responsible for assisting in the outfitting process of guests in need of rental skis or snowboards. Excellent English communication skills, customer service, and organizational skills are required. Ability to work under pressure, cross-train, multi-task, and prioritize tasks is necessary. Must be at least 16 years of age and must complete Salomon Binding Technician Training and Certification.Internal: Co-WorkersExternal: Guest of Mt. RoseChecking and assigning baskets to guestsChecking and assigning skis and snowboardsAssisting in boot fitting and ski/ snowboard dispatchGreeting and assisting guestsProviding support for the Food & Beverage department as neededCoordinate and cooperate with other departments as necessary in the completion of the above essential duties.Provide information and answer questions about the resort to guests.Any other duties that may contribute to the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall efficiency of the entire operation and all the tasks contained therein.Expert Customer ServiceExpert English Communication SkillsEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
