HR Generalist

Monadnock Family Services Description: The HR Generalist serves as a primary point of contact for employees and supervisors, providing hands-on support across employee relations, benefits, performance management, and leave administration. This role is essential to maintaining a responsive, respectful, and compliant workplace culture. This position is well‑suited for an HR professional who enjoys balancing employee advocacy with organizational accountability.
