Role Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Accountant to manage financial records, prepare tax filings, and support financial reporting activities while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, financial analysis, and assisting clients with financial planning and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements and tax filings
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records
- Conduct financial analysis and support auditing activities
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Collaborate with team members and assist clients with financial planning
- Identify opportunities for operational and process improvements
- Manage deadlines and maintain high attention to detail
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Experience with tax preparation and financial reporting
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping, auditing, and compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal tax regulations preferred
