Trellis Supportive Care is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant  to provide exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals with life-limiting illnesses at our inpatient hospice facility, the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home .

Schedule Options

• Full-time Days; schedule repeats every 6 weeks.
• 36 hours per week | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Week 1—M, W, Th
  • Week 2—M, Th, F
  • Week 3—M, T, Th
  • Week 4—M, W, Th
  • Week 5—M, T, Th
  • Week 6—M, W, Th       Then schedule starts over again
