Right at Home is hiring for CNAs or PCAs in Winston Salem to assist a female client. Provide stand‑by assistance with the client’s morning routine and evening preparation for bed. Shift schedule: Monday – Friday 7 a‑9 a and/or 7 p‑9 p. Responsibilities Provide various personal care and related paraprofessional services in accordance with an established plan of care, including bathing, dressing, and basic activities of daily living. Turn or reposition bedridden clients, observe the client’s day‑to‑day physical and mental health, and report any changes. Maintain communication with the client and family members, ensuring tailored care and monitoring. Assist with the client’s daily activities in a professional and compassionate manner. Qualifications 18 years or older. Reliable and dependable when committing to a schedule/shift. High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred. Completion of a written competency evaluation. For CNA positions: Successful completion of a state‑approved Nurse Aide course, current CPR certificate and TB test. For PCA positions: Six months of experience as a Personal Care Assistant in healthcare (in homes or facilities). Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job. Possess a valid driver’s license and use of an insured automobile or adequate transportation. Employment Details Job Type: Part‑time. Standard shifts: Morning shift, Evening shift.
