Since 2024, we have added an Electrical Division that we are looking to grow and expand to complement our Mechanical Division. Role Description This is a full-time, Licensed Master Electrician role. The Electrician will be responsible for performing electrical work, troubleshooting issues, conducting maintenance and repairs, and collaborating with a team to ensure safety and efficiency. Additional responsibilities include installing and maintaining electrical systems, adhering to company safety standards, and addressing electrical challenges in an industrial setting. Environments are mostly industrial or commercial. Qualifications Licensed in Allen County, Indiana (proof needed) Expertise in Electricity and Electrical Work Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting Knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics Strong understanding of safety protocols and OSHA compliance Effective communication and problem-solving skills Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., Journeyman or Master Electrician) are a plus Pay: $100,000.00 per year 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee assistance program Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Electrical: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: Do you have a valid Master Electrician license?
