Purpose of Your Job Position:

The primary purpose of your job position is to perform clerical support efficiently in accordance with established procedures and as directed by your supervisor.

Job Functions:

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and staff in a welcoming and professional manner.

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.

• Monitor visitor entry and maintain accurate visitor logs.

• Provide general administrative and clerical support.

• Assist with filing, documentation, and other office duties as assigned.

• Maintain confidentiality and ensure a positive experience for residents and visitors.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Basic computer and telephone skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous receptionist or healthcare experience preferred.
