Key Responsibilities\n

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of patients' psychological and emotional needs.

• Diagnose and treat a diverse array of mental health disorders, ensuring evidence-based approaches are employed in therapy sessions.

• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to share their experiences and goals.

• Regularly monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans and providing consistent support throughout their journey.

• Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with patients to facilitate open communication and effective therapy outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
