Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using various therapeutic techniques to foster effective communication and resolution of conflicts.

• Assess clients' psychological and emotional needs, and craft personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique situations and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to guide sessions and monitor client progress.

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and client progress in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with team members, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure a coordinated approach to comprehensive client care.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health issues, coping strategies, and treatment expectations.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
