Position Description: About the RoleGramazon is the distribution and brand support division of DACUT Cannabis, representing some of the most recognized cannabis brands in Michigan. We partner closely with licensed dispensaries and retail operators to ensure our products are represented accurately, consistently, and successfully at every location we serve.As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to support the dispensaries and retail partners that carry our brands.This position serves as the primary point of contact for our wholesale customers and focuses on relationship management, order coordination, brand support, and ensuring our retail partners have everything they need to successfully represent and sell our products.This is a highly organized, customer-focused role that combines customer service, account support, operations, and brand coordination. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and our retail partners to ensure clear communication, timely follow-through, and consistent brand execution across the market.Essential ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for licensed dispensaries and retail partners carrying Gramazon brands.Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with store managers, buyers, and vendor contacts.Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and requests.Develop long-term relationships that strengthen customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.Order Coordination & Account SupportSupport order coordination and communicate product availability updates.Assist customers with order questions, product information, and general account support.Coordinate with Sales and Operations to resolve order discrepancies, delivery concerns, or product issues.Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and open items.Brand SupportEnsure retail partners have current product information, pricing, promotional materials, and marketing assets.Assist with onboarding new wholesale customers and provide brand education materials.Support new product launches and promotional rollouts across customer accounts.Help ensure consistent brand representation across all retail locations.Communication & DocumentationMaintain accurate records of customer communications and account activity.Track customer feedback, requests, and performance trends.Communicate customer needs and market feedback to internal departments.Support reporting and documentation as needed.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing, and Executive Leadership.Assist with projects that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.Help ensure seamless communication between internal departments and wholesale customers.QualificationsRequired1–3 years of experience in customer service, account management, customer success, sales support, or a related role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and competing priorities.Customer -first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, spreadsheets, and basic CRM systems.Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.PreferredExperience supporting retail accounts, vendors, or wholesale customers.Cannabis industry experience.Familiarity with distribution, wholesale, or supply chain operations.Experience supporting multiple consumer brands.Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid Time OffEmployee discount programCareer advancement opportunities within a rapidly growing organizationCollaborative, team-oriented work environmentOpportunity to work directly with some of Michigan's fastest-growing cannabis brandsDirect impact on customer relationships, brand growth, and wholesale successApply TodayIf you're a highly organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and supporting business growth, we'd love to hear from you.
