Job Responsibilities\n

• Educate individuals and families on basic financial concepts and strategies

• Meet with clients to identify financial goals and needs

• Learn and explain life insurance, retirement, investment, and financial education concepts

• Build and maintain professional client relationships

\n

• Participate in virtual and in-person training, team meetings, and mentorship

\n

• Develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and marketing

\n

• Complete required education and licensing examinations

\n

• Continue professional development and industry training

\n

• Develop skills in communication, leadership, marketing, and business development

\n

• Work independently while receiving ongoing coaching and support from experienced professionals

Skills & Qualifications\n

Required:

\n

• Must be at least 18 years old

\n

• High school diploma or equivalent

\n

• Must be able to pass applicable background-check requirements

\n

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

\n

• Professional, motivated, and coachable

\n

• Willingness to study for and obtain required state licenses

\n

• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

\n

• Comfortable communicating with clients through phone, Zoom, and other digital platforms

\n

Preferred but not required:

\n

• Customer service experience

\n

• Sales or marketing experience

\n

• Teaching, coaching, or leadership experience

\n

• Business development experience

\n

• Financial services or insurance experience

Credentials & Licensing\n

No prior financial-services experience is required.

Candidates will have the opportunity to pursue the appropriate state licenses and required registrations to provide financial services. Licensing requirements vary by state and may include pre-licensing education, examinations, background checks, and state applications.

Training, education, and mentorship are provided to help candidates prepare for the licensing process and develop their financial-services knowledge.
