Practice Administrator - Pediatric Cardiology

Practice Administrator - Pediatric Cardiology - 157546 Description At BayCare, we are proud to be one of the largest employers in the Tampa Bay area. The Practice Administrator: Provides management and leadership of assigned practices of varying complexity that support more than 10 assigned practices or more than 20 physicians. Oversees the utilization management and daily business operations to include financial, operational, administrative and regulatory compliance. Assists Director, Operations BMG in preparing operating budgets and capital budget requests, setting up new practices and on-boarding new physicians and staff, managing physician departures, and office moves/closures, mentoring peers, and special projects as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Required Experience and Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business; Preferred: Master's Degree 3 years leadership experience in medical group management, healthcare leadership, population health management, or transformation leadership Master’s degree in Healthcare or related field preferred Preference given for physician practice–specific health delivery experience Facility: BayCare Health System, Practice Administration – BMGS Status: Full Time, Salaried Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM BayCare offers a competitive total reward package including benefits, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, 401k match and additional yearly contribution, yearly performance appraisals with merit increases, yearly team award bonus, community discounts and the chance to be part of an amazing team and a great place to work!
