Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions using synchronous video calls for adults facing a range of emotional disorders.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments and therapy progress measures to continuously monitor and refine treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care that addresses every aspect of a client's well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly therapist portal, facilitating easy access to client records and treatment histories.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults experiencing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, and other emotional disturbances. Your role is critical in providing a supportive environment where clients can discuss their struggles and work collaboratively with you towards their goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Possession of an independent LCSW license in the state of California, which is essential for providing therapeutic services.
