We are seeking a forward-thinking Director of Finance who can bring together financial expertise, commercial insight, and transformational leadership to help shape the organization's next phase of growth.

This is more than a traditional finance leadership role. As a key partner to executive leadership, Sales, and Product Research & Development, you will influence the decisions that drive business performance—from customer profitability and pricing strategy to product economics, trade spend, and margin expansion.

What You'll Lead

• Commercial Strategy & Profitability: Partner with Sales and executive leadership to improve margins, evaluate pricing and promotional strategies, assess customer profitability, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
• Trade Spend & Retail Economics: Drive greater visibility and accountability around trade spend, retailer deductions, dilution, chargebacks, and gross-to-net revenue. Identify root causes of margin erosion and opportunities to improve commercial returns.
• Product & Customer Performance: Collaborate with Product Development and Sales to evaluate product economics, new product investments, customer opportunities, and the financial implications of strategic decisions.
• Financial Strategy & Performance: Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis, translating complex data into clear recommendations that influence business priorities and executive decisions.
• Finance Transformation: Modernize financial processes, reporting, analytics, and performance management to improve decision-making, operational effectiveness, and financial discipline.
• Team Leadership & Development: Build and develop a high-performing finance team with the analytical capabilities, commercial mindset, and accountability to make a broader impact across the organization.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant responsibility for financial planning, commercial analysis, and business performance.
• Experience in CPG, consumer products, manufacturing, or a business serving large retail or big-box customers.
• Strong understanding of trade spend, retailer deductions, dilution, chargebacks, promotional investments, and gross-to-net revenue.
• A track record of improving profitability, strengthening margins, and influencing commercial decisions with data-driven insights.
• Experience partnering with Sales and Product Development on pricing, product economics, customer profitability, and growth initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to transform processes, strengthen financial capabilities, and lead teams through change.
• Strong executive communication, analytical, and influencing skills, with the ability to balance strategic perspective with hands-on execution.
