As an integral partner to our business teams, you will help strike the right balance between innovation and compliance—from foundation model R&D to product deployment.

AI is evolving rapidly, and so is the global regulatory landscape. You'll need to grasp complex technical concepts, stay ahead of regulatory developments, tackle novel legal questions, and help build an AI-native compliance framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with product teams throughout the full product lifecycle, providing legal counsel and risk assessment to ensure compliant launches and operations
• Build and refine our global legal compliance and regulatory governance framework
• Draft and review contracts, policies, and legal documents to support rapid business growth
• Support financing activities and prepare related legal materials
• Manage external counsel relationships and respond to legal emergencies
• Monitor global regulatory developments and provide forward-looking legal strategies

Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in at least one major jurisdiction, preferably in a common law country
• 3+ years of legal experience; in-house experience at a tech company preferred
• Strong foundation in corporate law and operations; financing experience is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Curious about AI and ready to challenge how you think and work on a daily basis
• Strong ownership mentality and genuine interest in frontier technology and legal issues
• Exceptional learning agility and ability to quickly grasp complex AI concepts
• Outstanding cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts for non-legal audiences
