District Manager, Rheumatology - Boston, MA

Field-based District Manager role overseeing rheumatology commercial operations in the Boston area. Responsibilities include coordinating in-field sales teams, developing district sales plans, and coaching direct reports to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

Responsibilities

Coordinate in-field team activity to achieve sales targets within assigned geography
Create, implement, and communicate District Sales Plan while monitoring progress
Coach, mentor, and develop direct and indirect reports to enhance team performance
Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal partners on business planning and execution
Present market and franchise perspective by maintaining mastery of product and disease state knowledge

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field
Minimum four years pharmaceutical sales management experience
Business analysis and planning skills that drive sales performance
Ability to articulate scientific aspects of treatments and therapeutic areas
Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug screening and safe driving requirements
HCIR credentialing eligibility including background check and immunization requirements
Proven track record of effective performance feedback and talent development
