Contribute your expertise as a Pharmacist in a dynamic hospital setting that supports a community of 200 beds. This travel opportunity, based in Ogden, UT, offers a rewarding contract position with an ASAP start and a 13-week duration, with the possibility to extend.

Location:

• Ogden, UT

Schedule:

• 2nd shift: 12:30 PM to 11:00 PM
• 7 days on, 7 days off (Wednesday to Tuesday)

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders to ensure accuracy and safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow
• Apply pharmacokinetics principles to optimize patient drug therapy
• Collaborate and consult with physicians and nursing staff on medication management
• Utilize Meditech and Pyxis systems effectively to support pharmacy operations

Qualifications:

• Active Utah Pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
• Familiarity with hospital pharmacy operations and automated systems
