Responsibilities Assist with the planning and implementation of resident activities, including outings, events, and recreations, designed to promote socialization, engagement, and overall well-being. Support the activities program by preparing materials, setting up spaces, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for residents. Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff through empathetic communication and active listening. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and address resident needs, preferences, and concerns. Maintain accurate records and reports related to resident activities and participation. Participate in training and education programs to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
