Role Description The PART TIME Bilingual Administrative Academic Coordinator – Front Desk is responsible for providing front desk support and academic coordination for students, faculty, and visitors. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Doral, FL. Daily responsibilities include greeting and assisting students and families, managing phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining student records and academic files. The coordinator supports academic advising processes, assists with registration and enrollment, and helps implement curriculum-related administrative tasks. The role also involves preparing basic reports, coordinating communication between academic staff and students, and ensuring information is provided in both English and Spanish. The coordinator is expected to maintain a professional, welcoming front desk environment and uphold institutional policies and procedures.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Education and familiarity with Curriculum Development to support academic programs and student learning pathways.
Excellent Communication skills in English and Spanish, including clear verbal and written communication with students, families, and staff.
Experience or training in Academic Advising to assist students with course selections, program requirements, and academic progress.
Ability to conduct basic Research to gather and organize academic information, schedules, and policy updates.
Previous administrative or front desk experience in an educational or arts environment is preferred.
Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, student information systems) and strong organizational skills.
Demonstrated commitment to inclusivity, confidentiality, and professional conduct when working with a diverse student population.
High school diploma required; postsecondary coursework or degree in education, arts administration, or related field is beneficial.
