CNA - LTC

Schedule

Shift: Mid 5x8-Hour (14:00 - 22:00)

Assignment Details

Avg. Daily Census: 42 beds

Requirements

• 1 year of experience required
• Unit accepts first-time travelers
• Float required based on facility need
• Weekend coverage every other weekend
• Must be located more than 50 miles from the facility
• Required skills include LTC, ambulation assistance, feeding assistance, patient positioning, basic hygiene care, and more.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge
• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and hygiene
• Assist with mobility and positioning
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
• Respond to call lights and patient requests
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
