Care First Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team in Fort Collins, Colorado. This full-time role provides an opportunity to positively impact the lives of children and families, particularly those in marginalized communities. Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing our LCSW to provide crucial support from the comfort of their home while connecting with children and families via teletherapy. As a part of our community health clinic, you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including physicians, educators, and other therapists to establish comprehensive care plans tailored to each child's needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to determine developmental delays and service needs.

• Collaborate with families in the creation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that reflect their unique priorities and concerns.
\n
• Regularly monitor and evaluate the outcomes of services provided and adjust care plans based on the child's progress.
\n
• Facilitate supportive interactions with families, providing them with information, strategies, and emotional support regarding their child's development.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model and practice in natural environments to encourage skill development in children.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations and maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and services.
\n
• Engage with community resources and maintain a network that can enhance family support and intervention.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically centers on children, especially those with disabilities or developmental delays, in their critical early years of life. Our services address physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills to support each child’s holistic development, ensuring they receive the tailored help they need.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
\n
• A valid license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A minimum of one year of experience working directly with children in early intervention settings is required.
\n
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
\n
• Ability to adapt treatment approaches to meet diverse learning styles specific to each child’s individualized treatment plan.

• Experience with Natural Learning Environment Practices is preferred, showcasing a commitment to respectful and effective child engagement.

Preferred Experience\n

While one year of experience is required, additional experience in early intervention, family counseling, or developmental services is highly valued as it enhances the quality of care provided. Familiarity with community resources within Fort Collins and surrounding areas will be a significant advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
