Summary

You’ll Support Providers And Patients By Managing Intake, Rooming, EHR Documentation, And Patient Care Coordination—Playing A Key Role In Delivering Quality Care In A Fast-Paced Clinical Setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Escort Patients To Exam Rooms And Prepare Them For Visits
• Perform Patient Intake (Vitals, Medical History, Documentation)
• Enter And Update Patient Information In EMR/EHR Systems
• Assist Providers With Exams And Basic Procedures
• Maintain Efficient Patient Flow Throughout The Clinic
• Support Appointment Scheduling And Front Office Tasks
• Provide Patient Education For Chronic Conditions (Diabetes, Asthma, Etc.)
• Complete Follow-Up Tasks And Provider Requests Post-Visit
• Ensure Accurate And Timely Documentation
