We are a leading staffing agency looking for a dynamic Staffing Full-Time Recruiter/ Staffing Specialist  to join our growing team in our warehouse space. This role focuses on matching qualified candidates to specific job openings across various industries. Base salary plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Client Managers fully understand staffing needs and specific job qualifications.
• Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiation for contract, contract-to-hire. positions
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to create shortlists of suitable individuals for clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact between Sales/Client Managers and candidates, managing communications and coordinating interview schedules.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews by providing detailed information about the role and company culture.
• For Temporary employees, ensure timely timesheet approvals for payroll.
• Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment where your success is directly tied to your effort and ambition.
• Manage a high volume of job requisitions (typically 20-25) at any given time) across various industries and role levels.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a recruiting role, preferably within a staffing agency environment recruiting warehouse/distribution environment a MUST.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; you must be able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with modern recruiting technologies, including ATS/CRM software and professional sourcing platforms.
• Spanish Bilingual preferred
