Senior Full Stack .NET Developer
Location: Austin, TX (100% Onsite – Local Candidates Only)
Position Type: Contract
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications and reporting solutions within a large-scale healthcare technology environment. This role requires an accomplished full stack developer with extensive experience building modern web applications using .NET Core, React JS, SQL Server, Oracle, Azure, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background modernizing legacy applications, migrating data, developing cloud-based solutions, and delivering scalable enterprise software in Agile environments. This is an opportunity to contribute to mission-critical applications supporting statewide healthcare and business operations.

Required Qualifications
11+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using:
- .NET Core
- C#
- React JS
- JavaScript
- HTML
- CSS
- SQL Server development, database design, and performance tuning
- Oracle experience, including Oracle-to-SQL Server data migration
- Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
- Experience modernizing legacy applications into web-based solutions
- Experience transforming and migrating enterprise data
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility standards
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting healthcare, government, or highly regulated environments
- 8+ years working within Agile/Scrum development teams
- Experience participating in enterprise modernization initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
Technical Environment:

- Frontend: React JS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Database: SQL Server, Oracle, Data Modeling, Performance Tuning
- Reporting: Power BI, Paginated Reports, Dashboards
- Cloud & DevOps: Microsoft Azure, Azure App Services, Git, CI/CD Pipelines, Azure DevOps
Work Environment:
- 100% onsite in Austin, Texas
- Candidates must currently reside within approximately 50 miles of Austin
- Standard business hours (Monday–Friday)
