Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse patterns and mental health conditions, utilizing structured tools and client interviews.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that integrate interventions for addiction and address co-occurring mental health issues, following best practice guidelines.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and integrated treatment approaches.

• Actively involve family members in the recovery process by providing education and resources, enhancing their understanding of addiction and recovery.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults struggling with addiction to various substances, including alcohol, opioids, and prescription medications. Many of our clients may also experience co-occurring mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression. A deep understanding of these complexities is essential to your role, as each treatment plan must be tailored to meet the unique needs of every individual.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
