Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance use history and mental health status, ensuring accurate diagnosis and tailored treatment plans.

• Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that effectively address both addiction issues and underlying mental health conditions, using evidence-based methodologies.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing best practices in motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to encourage client participation.

• Collaborate with fellow team members, including psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction specialists, to create coordinated care approaches that support clients holistically.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
