Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, focusing on therapeutic interventions that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Assess and document patient progress, developing comprehensive treatment plans that align with best practices and individualized patient goals.

• Facilitates case collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including medical staff and other social work professionals, to enhance patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements, ensuring timely updates to patient records.

• Emphasize a holistic approach to therapy, incorporating physical, emotional, and social factors influencing client health and recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults undergoing detoxification for substance use disorders, many of whom may also be experiencing co-occurring mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, or PTSD. Understanding the complexities of these challenges is crucial for developing effective treatment strategies. Your role will involve building therapeutic relationships and providing a safe, supportive environment that encourages open communication and trust.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid Pennsylvania LCSW license is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing outpatient therapy and working within mental health settings.

• Strong familiarity with medical documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Preferred Experience\n
