The Senior Director ensures that HR programs, processes, and leadership practices are consistent, scalable, and supportive of both field operations and Shared Services. Through authentic partnership, they work across the enterprise to create clarity, accountability, and connection while empowering associates to perform at their best while feeling accepted, engaged, and valued. Compensation $190,000 to $290,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
