You will use market insight, sound judgment, and practical problem solving to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes and a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGServe as a strategic recruitment partner to hiring leaders and key stakeholders with sound judgment, business insight, and strong stakeholder partnershipPartner with hiring leaders, Human Resources, and business stakeholders to clarify needs, priorities, and hiring goalsBuild diverse pipelines through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, recruitment marketing, and outreachUse recruiting data, talent intelligence, technology, and AI-enabled tools to recommend practical recruiting solutionsDevelop relationships with search firms, universities, associations, community partners, and talent networksDeliver a responsive, inclusive, high-quality experience for candidates, HR partners, and hiring leadersSupport internal mobility and succession efforts aligned to workforce needsPartner with Employee Resource Groups and internal stakeholders to broaden talent reach and strengthen the employer brandManage multiple searches and timelines with urgency, accuracy, and adaptabilityWHAT YOU BRING8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated ability to manage searches independently and deliver resultsStrong sourcing and talent intelligence skills using market insights, technology, and AI-enabled toolsExperience building talent strategies through external networks, associations, universities, community organizations, and veteran programsAbility to build trusted relationships with hiring leaders, partners, candidates, and external contactsExpertise in competency-based interviewing, digital interviewing, and pre-hire assessment practicesStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages and listen effectivelyStrong project management skills, including prioritization, urgency, and adaptabilityHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, quality, and follow-throughComfort learning and applying modern recruiting technologies, including Microsoft Office and AI-enabled tools such as CopilotOccasional travel may be requiredThis role is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.NICE TO HAVEBachelor’s degree in relevant discipline10+ years of full life cycle recruiting or commensurate experience with a demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of skill sets and experience levelsPrior agency / search firm, corporate and/or international recruiting experienceDemonstrated ability to recruit on a national or global level for multiple locationsCOMPENSATIONNational Range: $84,400 - 127,000Disclaimer: This role is aligned to a national market-based pay range. Actual compensation will vary based on geographic location, experience, skills, and other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in a bonus incentive plan.
