Strategic HR Business Partner

Churchill Downs Incorporated

Churchill Downs Incorporated is seeking an HR professional to support Shared Services and property HR teams across Virginia. You will handle team member engagement, OSHA data, licensing oversight with the VRC, HRIS training, intranet upkeep, and SOP maintenance. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, five years of HR experience, a valid driver's license, and a racing license.
