Develops and executes diverse sourcing strategies, including referrals, job postings, direct sourcing, networking, internships, career fairs, and partnerships with workforce development organizations. Collaborates with hiring managers to define key competencies and ensure alignment with business objectives. Provides a seamless hiring experience by maintaining professional and timely communication with internal stakeholders, candidates, and external partners. Manages an average requisition load of 25+ full-time positions. Proactively addresses recruitment challenges by leveraging market insights and strategic consultation. Establishes and maintains partnerships with technical schools and workforce organizations to strengthen talent pipelines. Utilizes advanced talent acquisition technologies and HR systems to enhance recruitment efficiency. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Performs additional duties as needed to support organizational goals. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. Must have 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Adapts quickly to shifting business priorities and evolving demands. Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, decisiveness, and flexibility. Possesses exceptional interviewing skills. Has experience in the following systems: iCIMS, ADP Workforce Now, and Microsoft tools (preferred). Bilingual – Spanish is a plus! #J-18808-Ljbffr
