Verifies entries for accuracy and completeness. May convert data from one electronic system to another. Performs audits of own work or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures. Nature of Duties / Responsibilities Enter data from a source document into a computer system. Verify entries for accuracy and completeness. Convert data from one electronic system to another (as required). Perform audits of own work or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures. Work with stand‑alone data systems or enterprise‑wide tools supporting activities such as QC fulfillment needs for material certification requirements, manufacturing, and materials transactions. Perform data inquiries and searches on automated systems. Generate records and reports from these systems. Education and Experience Minimum of 0–1 years of related experience. High School Diploma or equivalent. Good communication skills. Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks. Must be an organized individual. Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
