Data Entry Clerk We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data across various platforms while ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our database systems, ensuring that all entries are precise, up-to-date, and well-organized. Key Responsibilities Input and update data accurately in our internal systems. Review and verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system. Organize and maintain files and records for easy retrieval. Ensure data confidentiality and comply with all data protection policies. Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and ambiguities. Generate reports based on data analysis and present findings to management. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus. Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role. Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data management software. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
