We're seeking a candidate to join the Accounts Payable or Costing Department in our Pensacola, FL Corporate Office! Apply today if you enjoy: Contributing to team goals Problem solving Working with fine details Our Data Entry/Accounts Payable Clerk's primary responsibility is to handle the administrative and clerical needs of the Accounts Payable and Costing Department by carrying out the following duties: Data Entry Sorting, logging, photocopying, and filing invoices Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with Company policies Requirements: Highschool Diploma or GED Proficient in Microsoft Excel Highly organized Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Invoice coding and processing experience, ability to meet deadlines Compensation and Schedule: This position is full-time and pay starts at $13.00/hour. Hours are consistently Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Nights and weekends are yours! You will be proud to say you work as a Data Entry / Accounts Payable Clerk at Adams Homes.
