Patient Services Manager Hospitality Leadership Opportunity - University of Miami Health System

At Morrison Healthcare, we're looking for a hospitality-driven leader to oversee dining and service operations while creating an exceptional guest experience every day.

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily dining and service operations
• Coach and support service team members
• Ensure high standards for service, quality, and cleanliness
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and operational performance
• Respond to guest feedback and drive continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

• Leadership experience in hospitality, food service, restaurants, hotels, or customer-focused industries
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for hospitality and team leadership
• 5 day work week, alternating weekends

Healthcare experience is not required strong hospitality leadership and a service-first mindset are what matter most.
