As the only Marriott Autograph Collection hotel in the city center, Hotel Trinity is a 258-room private hideaway located next to Antone's in the historic 6th Street entertainment district. We are seeking experienced Server Assistants to be a part of the opening and ongoing operations of The Yacht Club. This is a rare opportunity to open a fine-dining restaurant from the ground up —at one of Austin's most exciting new hospitality concepts. Featuring a guest-only rooftop pool, world-class hospitality amenities with residential appointments, and the city’s most sought-after high-end seafood restaurant and oyster bar, Hotel Trinity offers a luxury boutique experience unlike any other—a place to work, play, and stay out of the fray. Responsibilities Ensure all tables are clean and properly set and food running as needed. Work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers; assist with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery. Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality, always exhibiting professionalism and friendliness. Learn to operate the Host Stand. Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes, accurately answering any guest questions. Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned. Process all payment methods. Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional appearance. Perform other duties as assigned.
