As a Barback, you will support the bartending team by ensuring smooth operations, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping the bar stocked so that guests receive exceptional service.

Yacht Club is the signature fine dining seafood restaurant at Hotel Trinity, Autograph Collection Austin's newest luxury boutique hotel, opening late 2026 at the corner of Trinity and Fifth Streets in the heart of downtown Austin. As the only Marriott Autograph Collection hotel in the city center, Hotel Trinity is a 258-room private hideaway located next to Antone's in the historic 6th Street entertainment district. Yacht Club anchors the hotel's ground floor, offering a refined yet approachable take on coastal cuisine high-quality fresh seafood and oyster bar experiences complemented by thoughtful steakhouse offerings, seasonal menus, and an elevated wine and beverage program. Responsibilities

• Work with bartenders to ensure excellent guest service and assist where needed.
• Maintain stock of ice, product, and supplies for the bartenders.
• Ensure that food sanitation practices are followed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area by removing dishes, breaking down trays, and completing all necessary side work.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
