Why Providers Are Interested

• Day shifts only – no nights- Four 10-hour shifts
• For local staff under 200 miles away from a facility is $65–$75 /hour DOE
• For all travel staff who are over 200 miles is $95-$110/ hour DOE. This will include Per diem for housing, meals, and incidentals. 
• Travel opportunities with higher earning potential
• Mileage reimbursement (50+ miles one way)
• Per diem for housing, meals & incidentals (200+ miles)
• $300 referral bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll provide direct patient care in a structured clinical setting within a secure facility. This is a highly autonomous role where you’ll use your full scope of practice.

• Assess, diagnose, and treat acute & chronic conditions
• Conduct sick call and chronic care clinics
• Prescribe medications within established guidelines
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
• Perform minor procedures (suturing, wound care, etc.)
• Respond to urgent and emergent situations
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care
