Dental Office Manager

Position Dentist Office Manager (Operations Manager) Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: $50,000 - $62,000 / year plus monthly and quarterly incentive earnings What You’ll Do Lead office operations to support doctors and promote patient trust and loyalty. Participate in an extensive ten‑week training program to acquire business and leadership competencies. Provide superior patient service, compassion, and care in line with policies and regulations. Hire, develop, manage, and retain office staff. Consult with patients on treatment options, verify insurance payments and collections, ensuring high‑quality care. Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, align sales plan with business goals, and develop strategies to increase profitability. Prepare and lead daily huddles to set expectations and optimize patient experience and business performance. Perform additional tasks as required. Preferred Qualifications Minimum one year of managing a team of direct reports. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. A people‑centric leader who motivates and inspires others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Analytical thinking and data‑driven mindset.
