Once adapted with customer data, customers retain model ownership in perpetuity, so they can turn generative AI into one of their most valuable assets.About the TeamThe Talent Acquisition team works with SambaNova leadership to build the teams behind the Reconfigurable Dataflow Unit (RDU), the chip powering our full-stack AI platform.About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with hardware engineering. You'll own full lifecycle recruiting for Design Verification, ASIC design, physical design, and PCB/systems engineering, working directly with hiring managers to define roles, calibrate pipelines, and close top talent in a competitive market.This is a 6-month contract with the option to extend or convert to a full-time position based on performance.ResponsibilitiesPartner with hardware hiring managers to define roles, write job descriptions, calibrate pipeline, and design interviewsSource passive silicon talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, conferences, and targeted outreach into the semiconductor communityOwn full lifecycle recruiting for hardware roles across Design Verification, ASIC/RTL design, physical design, and PCB/systems engineeringKeep feedback loops tight across interviewers and stakeholdersMaintain accurate data in Greenhouse and track the metrics that matterRequired Experience5+ years of technical recruiting experience focused on semiconductorsProven track record filling roles such as Design Verification, ASIC/RTL Design, and Physical DesignDemonstrated success sourcing and closing passive talentExisting network within the silicon engineering communityAbility to influence senior engineering leadershipExcellent creative writing skillsStrong organizational skillsAI fluency with the ability to enhance productivity and workflowsProficiency with GreenhouseBase Salary Range:Base Pay Range $170,000 - $230,000 USDSubmission Guidelines Please note that in order to be considered an applicant for any position at SambaNova Systems, you must submit an application form for each position for which you believe you are qualified.EEO Policy SambaNova Systems is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
