Preventative Maintenance TechnicianJW Nutritional LLC McKinney - McKinney, TX 75070Salary Range $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly Job Shift GraveyardDescriptionResponsibilities:Perform scheduled preventive maintenance services on all mechanical systems equipment and componentsRepair equipment, as needed.Perform facility repair, as needed.Meet with Vendor/contractors at Allen & Plano locations for out sourced repairsMaintain preventive maintenance logs on all equipment and systemsPick up parts from Vendors/contractorsWeldingReplace worn components before mechanical breakdown occurMaintain and take periodic inventory parts, materials, and componentsCross-train other personnel (custodial and maintenance) in visual and sound inspection of equipment to gain a timely reporting response to system trouble.Perform other duties as requested.Reports To: Chief EngineerQualificationsQualifications:High School DiplomaCompletion of trade school of the following trades:Tableting press preventive maintenance and troubleshootingAutomatic or semi- automatic encapsulation machines preventive maintenance and troubleshootingAuger filler machine preventive maintenance and troubleshootingRibbon Blenders, V-Blender preventive maintenance and troubleshootingHVACPneumatic controls
