Our client has an immediate need for an Associate Attorney to join its corporate practice group in downtown Milwaukee. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to step into a role with immediate client contact, involvement in several large, active projects, and a clearly defined path for professional growth — including monthly one-on-one coaching sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle general entity formations and related corporate filings
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of business agreements
• Support corporate transactions from inception through closing
• Advise on employment law matters affecting corporate clients
• Engage directly with clients and take an active role in ongoing large-scale projects

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in corporate law, including formations, agreements, transactional work, and employment matters
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Comfortable managing direct client relationships
• Motivated to grow within a defined development track and receptive to ongoing mentorship
