Project Manager

Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in end-user computing. Experience with managing End User Computing projects. Previous experience with projects relating to coordinating and executing OS upgrades, app deployments, security remediation, etc. Ability to drive the project, ask questions, and take a hands‑on approach. Preferred Experience Experience in healthcare is a plus but not required. 3-4 years of project management experience, ideally in a large enterprise setting. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks without losing focus. Job Title Project Manager Job Summary We are seeking a hands‑on Project Manager to assist with the implementation of various incentive initiatives, including security modernization efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving initiatives, following up, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. This role requires someone who can handle multiple projects simultaneously and has experience in end‑user computing. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals. Collaborate with technical resources, architects, engineers, and directors to drive initiatives. Develop and maintain deployment plans for projects such as Windows OS upgrades and security patches. Organize and prioritize workload to ensure continuous progress on multiple initiatives. Coordinate with business units and customers to plan and execute deployments with minimal disruption. Follow up on project milestones and deliverables, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule. Provide support for contingent workers, including extensions, coaching, issue resolution, and terminations. Create and present executive-level status reports, summarizing project progress, risks, issues, and roadblocks. Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in end-user computing. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work at the ground level, asking questions, following up, and driving initiatives. Experience with application deployments, OS upgrades, and security patch management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to navigate complex projects and coordinate with various stakeholders. Familiarity with network security concepts and large enterprise environments. Ability to manage people without formal authority by building strong relationships. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Ability to concisely communicate status and hold people accountable. PMP certification is not required; skills and experience are prioritized. Experience with project tracking tools such as Google Sheets, Asana, or similar. Proficiency in creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations. Required Experience with managing End User Computing projects.
